Refund Policy

1. Overview

Rewear is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers. While we facilitate secure transactions, items listed on Rewear are sold by independent sellers. To protect both parties, payments are secured and only released after successful delivery.

2. When Refunds Are Eligible

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• The item was not delivered
• The item received is significantly different from the listing
• The item is damaged or defective (and not disclosed)
• The wrong item was sent

3. When Refunds Are Not Eligible

Refunds will not be issued if:

• You change your mind after purchase
• The item fits differently than expected
• Minor wear or defects were clearly shown or described in the listing
• You fail to report an issue within the required timeframe

4. Reporting an Issue

If you experience a problem:

• You must report it within 48 hours of delivery
• Use the "Report an Issue" button in the app
• Provide photos of the item and a description of the issue

Failure to report within this window may result in the transaction being marked as complete.

5. Refund Process

Once a dispute is raised:

• Payment is temporarily held
• Rewear reviews the case
• A decision is made based on evidence provided

If approved:

• The buyer receives a refund via the original payment method
• The seller does not receive the payout

6. Return of Items

In some cases, buyers may be required to:

• Return the item to the seller
• Provide proof of shipment

Refunds may be processed after the return is confirmed.

7. Payouts to Sellers

• Sellers receive payouts only after transactions are successfully completed
• If a refund is approved before payout, the seller will not receive funds

8. Disputes & Resolution

Rewear reserves the right to make the final decision on disputes to ensure fairness for both buyers and sellers.
